Pune: For the last few days, Sharad Pawar Group has been consistently accusing Ajit Pawar Group and Mahayuti Allience Partners of threatening and bullying the people over their involvement in Supriya Sule's campaign. Now, Rohit Pawar's mother, Sunanda Pawar, has also made a similar remark while campaigning in Baramati.

She was addressing the people of Jalgaon Supe village in Baramati. At that time, Sunanda Pawar said, "Now, in every village, some unknown people are being seen. They are threatening and bullying people if anyone is involved in Supriya Sule's campaign." Furthermore, she also alleged that in the last two to three days of the election, there will be a widespread use of money and muscle power in Baramati.

Now that someone from the Pawar family has clearly spoken about the use of foul means in the elections, there is a widespread discussion about Sunanda Pawar's recent statement in the political sphere.

Earlier, many activists and party workers voiced concerns regarding perceived intimidation and repression from opponents. Over this, Sharad Pawar and Supriya Sule also criticised their opponents in public meetings. This discussion further flared up when Ajit Pawar made a statement in doctors meet where he told people that if they want funds, they should press buttons in front of his candidate name otherwise he would hesitate while giving funds.

In Baramati Lok Sabha Constituency, for the first time, two members of the Pawar family are standing against each other. From Mahavikas Aaghadi, Supriya Sule is contesting to maintain her streak of becoming MP of Baramati for the fourth time, whereas on the other hand, Sunetra Pawar is challenging Supriya Sule from Mahayuti's side.

The entire Pawar family has been unitedly standing behind Sharad Pawar and Supriya Sule, whereas Ajit Pawar is facing the election on his claims of the support of Baramatikar's behind him. Now, in this situation, it will be interesting to see whether Supriya Sule and thereby the Pawar family will be able to keep their bastion of Baramati constituency or whether Mahayuti will be able to win it through the medium of Ajit Pawar and Sunetra Pawar.
